Plan Your Roadtrip
Browse our brochure or this website before heading out. Pick your favourite from among the 47 artists in 31 locations. Whether you’re interested in wearable art or a one of a kind piece for your home, this Tour’s the one for you.
Not in the market for art? That’s OK. Everyone’s welcome to visit the studios and enjoy the art.
You’ll need to eat! Plan to stop at one of the incredible eateries in the County (visitpec.ca/taste). LOOK FOR THE PICNIC TABLE SIGN IN THE ARTIST PROFILE!
We’ve made it easy to find studio locations that provide a picnic spot to welcome Tour visitors.
Map your route. Use our brochure or website map or just wind your way through the County until you spot a PEC Studio Tour sign.
Take in the bucolic beauty of the County. You’ll be amazed at the beautiful vistas of farms, wineries, and beaches along your route. Don’t forget your camera!
Immerse yourself in art. Meet the artists. Observe the creative process. Did you know that most artists are open to taking on a commission? If you can’t seem to find exactly what you are looking for, don’t be afraid to ask.
Enjoy the studios. Have fun!
Follow us on Instagram. Take a selfie with our artists. We’d love to see you – include #PECStudioTour in your post.
BTW, THE PEC STUDIO TOUR IS FREE! Really…you don’t need a ticket. The FUN begins on Fri. Sep 25 and continues Sat/Sun Sep 26/27 from 10:00am to 5pm. (Studios at locations 4, 15, and 31 are open an hour later till 6:00).
Founded by artist, Peta Hall, back in 1993, the PEC Studio Tour included only a handful of artists concentrated mainly in the Bloomfield area. Over the years the Tour has spread its artistic wings to include artists in every corner of this creative community.
Since its inception the Tour has helped promote and support over 300 County artists. Over time, that first black and white paper flyer has expanded into a full-colour 24 page brochure, this interactive website, promotion on multiple social media platforms, ads in local newspapers and magazines, videos, and radio advertising.
Visit our What’s On page to find out what we’ve got planned for this year and how you can participate!
